For the airport, send the flight number instead - the office watches the arrival and adjusts the pick-up if the aircraft is running late.
Trips to Murree and the northern areas
The classic Islamabad booking is the tour that starts in the capital and ends somewhere much higher: Murree and Nathia Gali on the Expressway, Kaghan and Naran through Mansehra and Balakot, Swat, or a longer run towards Gilgit, Hunza and Skardu. Roads above Naran, Babusar among them, are usually open only in the warmer months, so tell us the dates and we will be straight with you about what is sensible. For hill routes customers normally take the Prado, Fortuner or Sportage with a driver rather than a saloon.
Corporate and long-stay hire
A lot of Islamabad work is not a single day. Consultants, project teams, development-sector staff and visiting head-office people want the same car and the same driver for two weeks or two months, so the routine stops being a daily negotiation. We can hold a Corolla Altis, Honda City, BR-V or Sportage on a monthly arrangement, with the driver reporting to your office each morning. Monthly hire is quoted on your usage rather than from a price list, so tell us the daily hours, whether weekends are included and how much intercity running you expect.
Driver or self-drive in the capital
Islamabad is one of the few cities in Pakistan where self-drive genuinely suits a visitor: wide roads, clear signs and manageable traffic outside office hours. For hill roads, late nights or full days of meetings, take the driver - it costs less in nerves than it saves in money.

How far in advance should I book a car in Islamabad?
For an ordinary saloon a few days is usually enough. For a Prado, Fortuner or Coaster in the summer tour season, or for anything over Eid and the wedding months, ask early - those vehicles go first. Send the dates on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether the car you want is free.
Can the car take me from Islamabad to Naran or Hunza?
Yes, northern-area tours are part of what we do. Give us the route, the number of nights and the number of passengers, and we will suggest a suitable vehicle and driver. Fuel, tolls and the driver's stay on multi-day trips are agreed in writing before you set off, so the cost is known at the start rather than argued at the end.
Do you pick up from Islamabad International Airport at night?
Yes, provided the booking is made in advance so the driver can be positioned. Send the flight number rather than the scheduled time; the office follows the arrival and repositions the driver if it slips. Tell us the number of bags as well, so a saloon is not sent for a family arriving with six suitcases.
