Choose the pickup from the load and the access
For a Ravi, Shehzore or Mazda / Isuzu truck quote, send the number of pieces, approximate total weight and the longest, widest and tallest item, plus a load photo if useful. Include both addresses, stops, gate or street restrictions and collection time. Say who will load and unload, or ask whether help can be arranged. Confirm the actual payload and bed dimensions for the vehicle offered; a model name alone does not confirm that a load fits. The current listings describe Ravi as approx. 500–600 kg, Shehzore as approx. 1 tonne and the Mazda / Isuzu truck as approx. 2–3 tonnes; confirm suitability for the actual load before booking.
Shop stock and wholesale market runs
A pickup booked for the day can run to a wholesale market such as Jodia Bazaar and wait while the order is counted. It then drops at the shop and goes back for a second load, all within one day's hire. If the shop needs the same run every week, ask for it on the same day and at the same time each week.
Exhibition stands and event equipment
The Karachi Expo Centre on University Road is in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, near our office. Exhibitors book a Shehzore or the truck twice, once for the build-up and again for the load-out, with their team meeting it at the hall. Caterers, decorators and event companies book the same way for furniture, crockery and lighting.
Contractors and building-site supplies
Builders, electricians, plumbers and fit-out firms book a Shehzore for the day. A typical day: tiles from the supplier in the morning, pipes and fittings at midday, scaffolding moved between two sites in the afternoon. Mention long items such as pipes, steel sections or timber when you book, so the vehicle sent is long enough for them.
Factory runs in Korangi, SITE and Port Qasim
A loader with its own driver suits factory runs in the Korangi Industrial Area and in SITE, near Karachi Port. Port Qasim is about 35 km east of the city centre. A day here might take spare parts from a market to the factory floor, finished goods to a warehouse and samples to a buyer's office on Shahrah-e-Faisal. The driver waits at each gate while the paperwork is done.
Monthly loader contracts for businesses
A shop, distributor or factory that needs a pickup every day can keep one on a monthly contract. The vehicle reports each morning at the agreed time. Keeping the same driver on it is the aim, since a driver who knows your delivery addresses saves time on every run. Before the contract starts, agree the reporting time, the working days, the usual delivery areas, the fuel arrangement and what happens on public holidays.
Planning a truck run
If your load needs a Mazda / Isuzu truck, send the date, route and the time of day when you enquire. Vehicle access rules can affect the timing. We plan the run with you from those details.
