The table is read from the same fleet list as our vehicle pages, so the rate shown here is the rate on the car's own page. Fuel and overtime are charged separately from the daily rate, and how each works is set out under the table.

Daily rates exclude fuel and overtime. For the per-kilometre rate, overtime, the driver allowance, any security deposit and out-of-city travel, ask on WhatsApp before you book.
How the bill is worked out
A booking is priced in four parts. The daily rate for the car you choose, once for each day. Fuel, which you either refill at the end of each day or pay for by the kilometre where a per-kilometre rate is listed. Overtime, for any hours beyond the duty day, at the hourly rate listed for the car or the one the office quotes. And, for a trip out of Karachi, the arrangements for tolls and the driver's overnight stay, which the office agrees with you before the car leaves. The office sends the total for your plan on WhatsApp, and that written total is what the booking is made on.
Longer bookings and trips out of the city
For a week or a month the daily rate is a starting point rather than the answer, because the hours, the weekends and the amount of running all change the figure. Monthly hire is quoted on your actual pattern of use. Intercity journeys are priced as a route: Hyderabad on the M-9, Sukkur on the N-5, or a northern tour over several days, each with the fuel, the tolls and the driver's stay settled in advance.
Questions people ask
When does the duty day start and end?
The duty day starts when the car reaches your pick-up point and runs for 10 hours. Inside that time the car and driver go where you need them in the city, with any waiting included. If you know the day will be long, say so when you book, so the office can plan the driver's hours and tell you in advance what the extra time will cost.
What do fuel and overtime add to the bill?
Fuel is yours to cover. At the end of each day you refill the car, or, where a per-kilometre rate is shown against it, you pay for the distance instead. Overtime is charged for each hour beyond the duty day, at the hourly rate in the table, or at the rate the office quotes where the table shows a dash.
How do I get an exact quote for my dates?
Send the car, the dates, the pick-up address and a rough plan of each day on WhatsApp. The office replies with the daily rate, the fuel arrangement, the overtime you are likely to need and anything that applies outside Karachi, in writing. Nothing is booked until you have that message and have agreed to it.
