Choosing a vehicle

Send how many people and bags are travelling, along with the stops you want to make. A wedding or group trip may need several vehicles. Share your dates as soon as they are fixed so we can tell you which cars are available.

Pickup details

Give the city, pickup address and time, or your flight number for an airport arrival. An address or location pin helps the driver find you. Send the destination and whether an intercity journey is one-way or return.

Planning your stops

A booking can cover several errands with the driver waiting at each stop. Send the order of your visits and the time needed at each. For a tour, include where you plan to stop each night.

On the day

The car and driver meet you at your booked pickup point and time. The driver handles parking and collects you at the entrance when you are ready. Contact us if your pickup details change.

Questions people ask

Does every vehicle come with a driver?

Yes. A professional driver is part of every car, van, bus and loader booking.

What is the daily starting rate?

From PKR 5,000 for a Suzuki Alto with driver for 10 hours within one city.

How is fuel charged?

Fuel costs extra. Choose an end-of-day refill or a per-kilometre charge for your vehicle when booking.

What if I need more than the booked duty hours?

Extra hours are charged as overtime at the hourly rate given with your booking.

Does the driver wait during my stops?

Yes. Waiting and stops fit within the booked hours, whether you are at a hospital, bank, shop or wedding hall.

Are motorway tolls included?

Motorway tolls are extra.

What about parking fees?

Ask how any paid parking fee will be handled when you book. For an airport pickup, agree the meeting point with us.

Are the driver's meals and overnight stay included?

Yes. They are included in the quote for tours and trips with nights away.

How are journeys outside the city priced?

They are quoted per trip. Send the destination, dates and whether you need a one-way journey or return.

Can I arrange a night or early-morning pickup?

Yes. We are open 24/7 for night departures, early flights and late arrivals.

How can I pay?

Cash, bank transfer, card or online payment. Companies have the option of a monthly invoice.

What if my plans change?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Message us if you need to change the time or address.

What if the car develops a fault?

We send a replacement car if it breaks down during the booking.

Which cities do you cover?

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and towns and cities across Pakistan. Our office is in Block 13-D, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

How far ahead should I book?

Send your dates as soon as they are fixed, especially for weddings, Eid travel or a tour. We also take short-notice enquiries.
