Rent a Car at Karachi Airport (Jinnah International)
Jinnah International is where a lot of trips start badly: a late flight, too much luggage, and a negotiation at the kerb at two in the morning. Booking the car beforehand removes all of it. How the pick-up works
Send the flight number, the date and the number of passengers and bags when you book. The office follows the arrival, so if the aircraft is early or two hours late the driver is repositioned rather than leaving you waiting or charging you for his. You get the driver's name, his number and the vehicle before you fly, and he meets you as you come out into the arrivals area at Jinnah International. If you prefer to be collected from the car park side instead, say so and it will be arranged.
Where people go from the airport
The common runs are Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar, which are close by; Shahrah-e-Faisal for the hotels and offices; DHA and Clifton, which take longer than visitors expect in the evening; North Nazimabad and Gulberg on the far side of the city; and straight out on the M-9 to Hyderabad or further into Sindh. If you have an onward journey the same night, tell us at the time of booking, because that changes which vehicle we send and how the driver's hours are arranged.
Luggage, groups and late arrivals
A family of four returning from abroad with six suitcases does not fit in a saloon, however much the booking form says four seats. For that, the Suzuki APV, the Honda BR-V or the Hiace Grand Cabin is the honest answer, and a Coaster for a group or a tour party. Overnight arrivals are ordinary work for us and are booked the same way. Tell us the bag count along with the passenger count and we will send something that actually closes its boot.
Departures and self-drive returns
For a departure, give us the check-in time rather than the flight time and the office will work backwards, allowing for Shahrah-e-Faisal at that hour of the day. Self-drive customers can arrange to collect and return the car around their flights, with the documents and the security arrangement confirmed by the office beforehand. Everything is agreed in writing on WhatsApp beforehand, including the drop-off point at the terminal and who the keys are handed to if you are leaving the car at the airport.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
The office tracks the flight from the number you give us and moves the pick-up accordingly, so the driver arrives when the aircraft does. That is the main reason to book in advance rather than looking for a car at the kerb. If you are held up at immigration or baggage, call the driver directly on the number sent to you before your flight.
Can the driver meet me inside the arrivals area?
Yes. The driver meets you as you come out with your trolley, and you will have his name, photo-free description and mobile number in advance so there is no guessing. If you would rather walk out to the car park and meet him there, tell the office when booking and it will be set up that way.
Which vehicle should I book for a family with a lot of luggage?
For four people with several large suitcases, ask for the Suzuki APV or the Honda BR-V rather than a saloon. For a bigger group or a tour party, the Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin or the Coaster is the right size. Tell us passengers and bags separately when you book and we will match the vehicle to both.
