How hire is charged

A city day uses the chosen vehicle’s listed duty hours. The general policy is 10 hours; check any vehicle-specific difference and the waiting arrangement when booking. Fuel is either refilled at the end of the day or charged per km. Hours beyond the day are overtime, at an hourly rate quoted when you book. Trips between cities and tours are quoted per trip, and on nights away the driver's meals and room are included.

How to book and pay

On WhatsApp, send the city, the pickup address or flight number, the dates and times, and how many passengers and bags there are. Pay by cash, bank transfer, card or online payment; companies can be invoiced monthly. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
