Alpha Car Rentals provides wedding cars in Karachi, each with a professional driver. Choose a luxury saloon or SUV for the couple, saloons for the family, and a Toyota Coaster or a bus for the guests. Plan each event, from the mehndi to the walima, around who sets off from where and when.
Each event has its own guest list, venue and hours, so the vehicles can change from night to night. A mehndi at home may need only a car for the bride and a van for her friends. A nikah on a day of its own may need just a few cars for the two families. The baraat is usually the biggest move of the week. The walima may be in another part of the city, with a different crowd. For each event, mark anyone who needs an easy seat: elders, a relative with a walking aid, small children.
Most couples choose a luxury saloon, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class or the Audi. Some families prefer a Toyota Land Cruiser or Prado at the head of the convoy. Others pick a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla Altis Grande and spend the difference on moving the guests. Check that the back seat and the step suit a heavy bridal lehenga, and that the boot takes the gifts and the bride's bags at the rukhsati. Ask which colour is free on your date, since it will be in every photograph. To save, book the luxury car only for the evening it will be photographed.
Give every driver the same location pin for the hall and the time you mean to arrive. Agree the order of the vehicles, with the parents and immediate family at the front. Pick a regrouping point a few minutes short of the venue, such as a petrol station, so the dhol, the groom and the elders walk in together. Put one person who is neither the groom nor his father in charge of transport, with every driver's name and number on one list.
Fresh jasmine (motia), roses, tuberose and marigold keep their look for about four to six hours, so have the car dressed close to departure. For a long day, choose artificial or mixed flowers. Ask the decorator to use removable tape, clips or magnets rather than strong glue, and to keep the windscreen, lights and mirrors clear for the driver. Decorators are usually booked a week or two ahead. If yours will dress the car, say so when you book it.
Hyderabad, Sindh is about 165 km and two and a half hours away on the M-9. A same-night baraat there means an afternoon start from Karachi, the nikah and dinner in Hyderabad, and the drive back after the rukhsati. A Toyota Coaster or a bus keeps the whole party together on the motorway, with the couple's car in front. Weddings out of Karachi, in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan or Lahore, are quoted per trip, with each driver's meals and stay included if the party stays the night. Motorway tolls are extra.

It depends on the head count at each starting address, not the size of the guest list. A baraat of 40 might be the couple's car, two SUVs for the elders and one Toyota Coaster 4C with its current 22-seat listing. Send the numbers on WhatsApp and we will suggest a mix.
Each vehicle is priced for its own listed duty hours with a driver; confirm those hours against the wedding schedule. The luxury cars for the couple sit near the top of our rates, which reach PKR 40,000. Fuel is extra: the tank is refilled when the day ends, or you pay per km. Pay in cash, by bank transfer, by card or online. Company wedding bookings can be invoiced monthly.
For the groom, usually an hour or two before the baraat leaves, to allow for the sehra and the photographs. For the bride, when she leaves the salon or home.
Yes. The driver stays with the car through the evening, parks where the hall allows and brings the car to the door for the rukhsati. The waiting is part of the day's hire.
The car and driver stay, and hours beyond the chosen vehicle’s booked duty day are charged as overtime at the hourly rate in your quote. If you expect a late rukhsati, say so when you book; if plans change on the night, we answer on WhatsApp 24 hours a day. Ask your hall for its current closing time and plan the rukhsati car around it.
Yes, if it is free on all three dates, which is why it pays to book every event together. Each event is booked as its own day, with its own pick-up time and head count.
Yes, at any hour. Send each relative's flight and landing time with the number of travellers and suitcases. A family with wedding luggage may need a Changan Karvaan or a Toyota Grand Cabin rather than a saloon. That car can take them straight on to the event.
As soon as the dates and halls are fixed. Karachi's wedding season now starts as early as October, and the luxury cars and Coasters go early on popular dates. Booking early costs nothing if plans change, because cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
WhatsApp +92 311 2847167 with each event's date, hall, pick-up addresses and head count, and we will reply with the vehicles, the drivers and the total.
