Which group vehicle for how many people
Choose the vehicle from the group and the bags, then confirm its actual layout. The current listings show Grand Cabin 14 seats/AC, Coaster 4C 22 seats/AC, Yutong Bus 47 seats/AC and Hino Bus 62 seats/Non-AC. These are seat labels; confirm the passenger arrangement and luggage space for your booking. Separate pickup points can also make two smaller vehicles more practical than one bus.
Staff transport to Korangi, SITE and Port Qasim
Buses and Coasters run shift routes to Korangi, SITE and Port Qasim on contract. Send the pick-up points, the shift times (including any in the small hours), the passenger numbers and the working days. We quote the route by the month.
Wedding guests: the baraat bus and the walima shuttle
A Coaster or a bus collects the baraat party from the groom's house, reaches the hall as one group and waits until the rukhsati to take everyone home. A Grand Cabin does the same for a smaller family side, or for relatives from out of town staying in a hotel. If the walima is at a different venue or fewer guests are coming, the vehicle can change between nights. Send the head count and timings for each event.
Umrah and Hajj groups at Jinnah International
A Yutong or Hino bus has a luggage hold for pilgrims' suitcases and, on the way home, Zamzam water; a Coaster suits a smaller party. Either takes the whole group to and from the airport together. In the Hajj season Jinnah International runs Terminal 2 as its Hajj terminal, so check your group's terminal on the travel agent's itinerary.
School, college and company trips out of Karachi
The Makli Necropolis near Thatta, about 98 km east of Karachi, makes a full day, and a picnic at Keenjhar Lake can be added to the same day. Hyderabad, Sindh, reached by the 136 km M-9 motorway, suits a university visit or a family function.

How many people fit in a Coaster?
The current Coaster 4C is listed with 22 seats and AC. Confirm the actual passenger layout and bags with the office. For a larger party, compare Yutong (47 seats/AC), Hino (62 seats/Non-AC) or a combination of vehicles rather than assuming all Coasters have the same capacity.
Is the Grand Cabin the same as a Hiace?
The Grand Cabin is the high-roof Toyota van many people in Pakistan call a Hiace. The current listing shows 14 seats, AC and luggage space. Confirm the actual passenger layout and bag space for the van available on your dates.
Can I hire a Coaster for a wedding?
Yes. A day's hire covers 10 hours, including waiting at the hall. Send the event timings and passenger count.
Can a bus collect our umrah group from Karachi airport at night?
Yes. A pre-dawn landing is planned like a daytime one. Send the flight number, the number of pilgrims, the bag count and every drop-off address, and the bus is timed to the landing.

What does it cost to rent a Coaster or a bus for a day?
Each vehicle has its own daily rate, or a rate on request. Confirm the driver’s booked city-duty hours with the office. Fuel and overtime are extra. Motorway tolls are extra, and out-of-city journeys are quoted per trip. Pay by cash, bank transfer, card or online payment. A company group can pay against a monthly invoice.
Can we book several vehicles for one event?
Yes. A wedding might need a Coaster for the baraat, a Grand Cabin for the bride's family and a luxury car for the couple. List every vehicle in one message and we reply with one total.
