The Hyundai Shehzore is the one-tonne pickup truck that Karachi's contractors, caterers and distributors rely on, and we rent it with a driver. It sits between the small Suzuki Ravi and a Mazda / Isuzu truck: a longer bed, roughly a tonne of load, and room for two passengers beside the driver, so the person in charge of the goods can ride along. Events and exhibitions
Before a shaadi, a corporate dinner or a stall at the Expo Centre, someone has to move the stage panels, the sound and lighting cases, the chairs and the decor. The Shehzore takes a good share of that in one trip, and with the driver booked for the day it can shuttle between the store and the venue as the set-up demands. Book it for the set-up day and again for the clear-down, and say so when you enquire so the office plans both.
Contractors and the Korangi industrial area
Site work runs on small, frequent loads: tiles and fittings from the market to a flat in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, supplies from a vendor in the Korangi Industrial Area to a factory floor, tools between two sites. A tonne covers most of that without the cost of a bigger truck. You or your supervisor ride along in the cab to direct the drop-offs and sign for what arrives.

You book the truck and its driver for 10 hours inside the city. Fuel is refilled when the day ends or charged by the kilometre, and a longer day counts as overtime, each quoted before you confirm.
