What the Yaris is booked for
Think of the Yaris as the practical sedan. An office sending a colleague between Shahrah-e-Faisal, I.I. Chundrigar Road and a client in SITE; a family collecting a relative from Jinnah International with a couple of bags; a patient with a series of hospital appointments who wants a comfortable back seat and a driver waiting outside. The separate boot keeps luggage out of the cabin, which matters on an airport run, and the car is easy to place in Karachi traffic and in the lanes behind the markets.
Out of the city in a Yaris
The Yaris is comfortable on the M-9 to Hyderabad and on longer motorway days with two or three passengers and their bags. For four adults on a full day of driving, the Corolla GLi / XLi gives a little more room, and for the northern areas, whether the Yaris suits the trip depends on the route and the season, so share both when you book and we will confirm the right car. Before a trip out of Karachi, the office puts the route, the tolls, the fuel and the driver's nights away in writing, so the total is known before you set off.
Rate and what the day covers
Daily rate with a driver: PKR 6,000, for a 10-hour day. Fuel is not part of the daily rate: you refill at the end of the day, or pay per km at a rate quoted when you book. Hours beyond the day are overtime, again at a rate quoted when you book. The office puts the whole total in writing on WhatsApp before you pay, and weekly or monthly hire is quoted on your usage rather than by multiplying a daily figure.

The Yaris is about 20 cm shorter than a Corolla and turns tighter, so it is the easier of the two to park. PakWheels quotes its fuel average at 12 to 14 km a litre in town and 15 to 16 on the highway.
