Pick-up points across Pindi
Our common Rawalpindi drops are Saddar and Commercial Market for city work, Chaklala Scheme III and the Askari blocks for families, Bahria Town Phases 4 to 8 and DHA-I for the newer suburbs, and Raja Bazaar when someone is shopping for a wedding. The Murree Road corridor is slow at peak hours because of the bus lanes, so we ask for a realistic pick-up time rather than an optimistic one. A house number and a nearby landmark get the driver to your gate far faster than a sector name on its own.
Airport transfers from the Pindi side
Islamabad International Airport serves both cities, but it is a long run from Rawalpindi - out past the Motorway interchange rather than the short hop people remember from the old Chaklala airport. Early-morning departures from Saddar or Bahria therefore need an uncomfortable start, and we would rather tell you that when you book than surprise you on the day. Give us the flight number for arrivals, or the check-in time for departures, and the office will work backwards to a pick-up time that leaves a sensible margin.
Murree, Kashmir and the hill routes
Rawalpindi is the last flat ground before the hills, so many bookings here are trips rather than city hire: Murree and Patriata on the Expressway, Muzaffarabad and Bagh in Azad Kashmir, Abbottabad and the Galiyat, or Taxila for an afternoon among the ruins. These are driver jobs. Families usually take a BR-V, Sportage or Fortuner for the ground clearance and the boot space, and larger groups take a Hiace Grand Cabin. Multi-day trips are arranged with the driver's stay and the fuel arrangement written down in advance.
Twin-city hire on one booking
Plenty of customers sleep in Rawalpindi and work in Islamabad, or the other way round. There is no need to make two bookings for that: one car and one driver can cover both sides, and it usually works out better than a daily string of ride-hailing cars between the two. If your week is mostly commuting with a few evening trips, say so when you enquire - it changes which vehicle we suggest and whether a weekly or monthly arrangement makes more sense than day-by-day hire.

Can one booking cover both Rawalpindi and Islamabad?
Yes. Most of our twin-city customers keep one car and one driver for the whole stay and move freely between the two. Tell us where the car sleeps at night and where it starts in the morning, and we will set the booking up around that instead of treating it as two separate hires.
Do you deliver to Bahria Town or DHA-I?
Yes, both are regular drops, along with Chaklala Scheme III and Saddar. Give the phase, the street and the house number, plus a nearby landmark or the gate you use, and the driver will reach you directly. For a very early departure, book the night before so the car is positioned rather than starting its own journey at 4am.
Is self-drive available in Rawalpindi?
Self-drive can be arranged on the smaller and mid-range cars. The documents and the security arrangement are the same as for any self-drive booking with us, and the office confirms them for your hire before the keys change hands. For hill routes to Murree or Kashmir, most customers take the car with a driver instead.
