PWD, Police Foundation and the Expressway
PWD has its own interchange on the Islamabad Expressway. Its western exit also serves Soan Garden and National Police Foundation O-9, which is next door, about a kilometre from the Expressway. The PWD Double Road runs through PWD to Bahria Town and Pakistan Town. Northbound, the Expressway runs straight to Faizabad and Zero Point, the way into central Islamabad. Jams are worst between Koral and the GT Road.

Murree and the Galyat make a day out or a single night. Northern tours to Naran, Swat or Hunza run over several days, and the trip price covers the driver's overnight stay. Motorway tolls are extra.
